  • Kale
    Kale is a nutrient-packed leafy green. In a small serving, we get about 33 calories, 2.2g of protein, and plenty of vitamins. It's loaded with vitamin A for your eyes, vitamin K for strong bones, and vitamin C for a robust immune system. Kale also provides calcium, iron, potassium, and manganese.
